Quicksand Sports Limited operate this website. By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.
Products and Prices
There are many external factors that impact on our costs and, for this reason, prices for our products are subject to change without notice.
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of our products that appear on the site. We cannot guarantee that your or our computer monitor’s display of any colour will be accurate.
We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.
Returns and Exchanges
We do not accept returns but exchanges are accepted within 30 days of the date of purchase with appropriate proof. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in new condition. If your order is damaged, incorrect, or you are experiencing another problem with your products, please contact by email or phone and we will replace ASAP and pick up the damaged product.
Payment Methods
We accept all major credit and debit cards including Apple Pay and Google Pay but we do not accept American Express. In certain circumstances (e.g. at racket demo’s) we will accept cash but not cheques.
Delivery Costs
We have partnered with FedEx to offer free delivery in the UK on orders over £75.
Delivery Times
We aim to dispatch all orders (if placed Mon-Fri – excluding bank holidays) by the following business day at latest. If orders are placed on Sat/Sun, they will be dispatched on the following Monday.
Within the UK, all orders will be delivered within 2-3 business days from the day of order. For the destinations listed below, it may take longer as it will at Bank Holidays and Christmas
International Delivery
For international deliveries, we will notify delivery times at time of purchase.
Tracking Your Order
You will receive a dispatch notification/email once your order has left our warehouse. You will find a link to track your order there.
Delivery Delays
Next day delivery services may occasionally be delayed by disruptions which are out of our control and for which we are not responsible. In this instance you will be notified ASAP. If there is a risk of substantial delay you can always request and receive a refund for any products you have paid for but not received.
Delivery Terms
We shall deliver the products to the location set out when the order was placed or such other location as we may agree with you.
We reserve the right to implement special promotions for delivery such as free delivery on all orders and not linked to a certain shopping basket value.
Not Going to be in when your Delivery Arrives?
If no one is available at your address to take delivery and the products cannot be posted through your letterbox, the carrier might attempt to deliver your products to a neighbour and, if so, they will place a delivery card through your door to confirm this.
If we are unable to deliver your products, they will leave you a note informing you that delivery will be attempted again (usually on the next working day). They will attempt two deliveries before returning the products to us. You can rearrange a delivery through the FedEx online portal.

Errors, Inaccuracies and Omissions
Occasionally there may be information on our site that, unintentionally, contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, product shipping charges, transit times and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, and to change or update information.
